I’ve worked in many industries over the last 35 years, starting out as an apprentice spark at Rover’s Longbridge plant in Birmingham. Since then, pretty much everything from software development in the City of London for leading investment banks, through to industrial control of food processing machines, taking in government work and designing instrumentation for the Japanese nuclear industry on the way.
I gained my BS7671 C&G electrical qualifications (including Part P certification) in 2019 after deciding to become self employed, following years of commuting to London from Derby.
I now live in the far north, and when I’m not wiring stuff up, or tinkering in my shed on various inventions, I’ll probably be out and about on a horse!
